Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Vessis, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure shoes are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn Vessis back in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
